CAN I GET BANACHEK TO SIGN MY BOOK?

One of the advantages of ordering from Magic Inspirations is that every book sold through Magic Inspirations is personally signed by Banachek. These signed copies go out immediately pursuant to the terms and conditions already stated in our Shipping Policy (usually within 24 hours).

If you want to have a book or other product personally inscribed to you, then it may take a longer period of time before the product to be delivered. Banachek is often on the road traveling around the world for performances and consultations. He is not often in Houston where we can get his time to personally autograph your product. There is no guarantee of how long it might take for us to hold your order until he can be available to personally inscribe your product.

IS MAGICINSPIRATIONS.NET A SECURE WEBSITE?

When you provide us with any personal information including your name, address, e-mail and credit card number, it is processed over a secure connection on secure servers. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt all information you provide before sending it to our servers. SSL is the industry standard and the best software available for secure ecommerce transactions.

The VeriSign (PayPal) Secure Site Seal assures you that this web site has been authenticated by PayPal and that confidential transactions with our site are secured by SSL encryption.

At this time we do not have a physical showroom for customers to visit. We do business 100% over the phone, through the mail, at live events (ie. conventions and lectures), and over the internet.

DO YOU ACCEPT BANK TRANSFERS OR C.O.D. (CASH ON DELIVERY) PAYMENTS?

We do not accept bank transfers or C.O.D. payments. You can pay with a credit card, check/money order, or Paypal. Payments made by check/money order should be sent to Magic Inspirations, 3613 West Clay Street, Houston, TX 77019-3705


8.

MY ORDER STATUS IS "PENDING". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

"Pending" usually means we're waiting for payment, but it can also mean that we haven't processed your payment just yet.

If you're paying by Paypal you can email us the Paypal transaction ID number to speed things up. To obtain this number you'll need to go to www.paypal.com and log in. If you don't see a record of the payment there, then you haven't paid yet. Please send the payment to swells4691@aol.com

If you're paying by check/money order, we're waiting to receive your payment through the mail, or we're waiting for the check to clear our bank. You can send checks or money orders to:

If you're paying by credit card, please contact us immediately. Credit card orders should never be "pending". If this happens, do NOT place the order again without checking with us first. If you do, you may be charged twice. Instead, call us at 713-524-0147 or email sales@MagicInspirations.net. We'll let you know what needs to happen quickly.

WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD BEING DECLINED?

If your credit card is declined, the first thing you should do is contact the card issuer (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Sometimes they put a security hold on your account if they think the card has been stolen. Sometimes the bank simply makes a mistake.

WHAT DOES "USUALLY SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS" MEAN?

Unfortunately this does not mean that your package will arrive at your address within 24 hours. This phrase means that your package will "ship out" within 24 hours. Your order will be processed by our Warehouse Team and the package will be postmarked within one business day of your placing an order with us.

Lots of other businesses will wait days, sometimes even up to a week(!), to ship out your order. We don't do that. We know you want to start learning your magic as quickly as possible, so we try to get it there fast.

If for some reason we are on the road and unable to fulfill your order within one business day, then we will contact you at the email address you supplied to let you know when your order will be shipped.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on domestic orders (orders heading to any of the 50 states in the USA and Puerto Rico) for certain product specials. Be sure to check out the Shop Now tab to view those items. Shipments heading outside of the United States, including Canada and Mexico, will be charged a shipping fee that depends on the size and weight of the package. We do not add anything extra for "handling" charges.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT TODAY OR TOMORROW?

If you order before 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, we will make every attempt to ship out your order that same day. If we miss getting your shipment to the post office before 5:00 that day, then we will get it out the next day. We're open seven days a week, so if you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, your order will ship out the next business day that the post office is open (please note federal holidays when the USPS is closed).

MY ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. HOW DO I CORRECT IT?

We recommend that you call us immediately at 713-524-0147. You can also email us at sales@MagicInspirations.net, but since the issue is time sensitive, a phone call would be best. We cannot always have the package rerouted if it has already shipped (UPS cannot reroute packages to a different address after their carrier has accepted the parcel). In the case that we cannot have the package rerouted, we will arrange to have the package returned to us. Once we have received the package we will contact you to arrange a reshipment to the right address.


15.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE SHIPPING METHOD FOR AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?

We recommend that you call us immediately at 713-524-0147. You can also email us at sales@MagicInspirations.net, but since the issue is time sensitive, a phone call would be best. If the package has not already been picked up by the carrier we can arrange a shipping method change.


16.

CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR HOW I WANT MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

Yes. We usually make the determination on how packages are shipped (sometimes we ship using Media Mail, but usually we ship via USPS Priority Mail); however, you may request another form of shipment. If so, then please provide that in the Comments/Special Delivery section of your order or send us an email to sales@MagicInspirations.net

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact sales@MagicInspirations.net or call 713-524-0147. If the issue cannot be worked out over the phone or email, you will given instructions on how you can return the item(s) to us.

I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT SOMETHING IS MISSING. WHAT IS GOING ON?

We are humans and occasionally make mistakes...but we try to limit them to once every century. :) If for some reason your shipment is incomplete or includes the wrong item(s), then please notify us immediately via email at sales@MagicInspirations.net. We will remedy the situation. Most often if you do receive the wrong item, we will instuct you to keep that with our compliments and apologies for sending the wrong item (consider it as "winning the lottery"). We will also get your correct order shipped out ASAP.
